I was dissatisfied with existing geologic timelines because they all end with now. I wanted to include room on the timeline to visualize the future, which, in some ways, is just as real as the past. Please let me know ways it can be improved.

This is (probably way too much) information about some important aspects of nature and society that have taken place over the last 18,000 years in Northeastern Illinois. I use this on walks for Guided Nature Explorations and my Ecology class.
